
Buick Special 40 Series
After stripping and bare-metalling, the body was determined to be excessively damaged. The doors had been merged and skinned from multiple different doors and the boot had multiple weld repair scars to bear. All of which was masked under thick layers of filler. We fabricated, formed and rolled a brand new boot panel and door skins and the whole body and engine bay was repainted.
The gearbox was barely functional after the oil slinger had disintegrated many moons ago and left debris inside. The team had cleared and rebuilt the gearbox using a custom oil solution.
